• Pre-sale allocations
• Digital products and services
• AI-generated reports
• Memberships and ecosystem access

All users are responsible for reviewing transaction details carefully before completing payment.

Please ensure that:
• the correct wallet address is used
• the correct payment amount is sent
• the correct blockchain network is selected

We currently accept only supported ERC-20 transactions.

Transactions sent through unsupported or incorrect networks may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by GT-Coin® or Genetic Trainer®.

All blockchain transactions are final once confirmed on-chain.

Refund requests may only be reviewed in exceptional situations involving:
• duplicate payments
• verified technical issues caused directly by the platform

GT-Coin® reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or partially process any refund request at its sole discretion.
