These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the GT-Coin® (Genetic Trainer Coin) Membership Plans and Train To Earn program conducted by Genetic Trainer® (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By participating, you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. NATURE OF GT-COIN
GT-Coin® is a utility token intended for use within the Genetic Trainer® ecosystem.
GT-Coin® does NOT represent:

3. RISK DISCLOSURE
You acknowledge and accept that:

• The value of GT-Coin® may increase or decrease
• There is no guarantee of liquidity or exchange listing
• You may lose all or part of your contribution
• Regulatory changes may impact the token or its usage
Participation in the Membership Plans and Train To Earn program involves significant risk.
4. NO GUARANTEES
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
• future value of GT-Coin®
• market performance
• ecosystem adoption
• token utility expansion
• exchange listings

5. ELIGIBILITY
By participating, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Participation is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a restricted or sanctioned country

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation.
6. COMPLIANCE & RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:

• tax obligations related to your purchase
• wallet security and private keys
The Company is not responsible for loss of funds due to user error.
7. PAYMENT & TOKEN DELIVERY
All Membership Plans and Train To Earn purchases are final and non-refundable.
Token distribution:

The Company is not liable for delays outside its control.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Genetic Trainer® shall not be liable for:
